So much has happened this year. Here an overview of what has happend in 2023:
It wasn’t just the first ‘real’ year after the coronavirus pandemic; it was also a formative year where we celebrated our 15th anniversary and continued to develop in every direction.
Events:
We marked several significant events, from our kick-off with a guided tour of the ECB to our anniversary party at Seehotel Niederberg in the summer and our Christmas party aboard a ship against the backdrop of the Frankfurt skyline. Even smaller events like blacklight mini-golf, a virtual bingo evening, and a virtual chocolate tasting were warmly received.
Webinars:
We hosted three webinars for an external audience and simultaneously launched our TechTalks, internal webinars organized by employees, for employees.
Donations:
Our #avatochallenges allowed our employees to take on new challenges each month. Two of these challenges were part of our #avatomovesforbenefit campaign, enabling employees to raise funds for charitable organizations.
In addition to collecting donations for the victims in Turkey & Syria, we’re now gathering shoeboxes for the Samaritans’ gift campaign this Christmas. As a token of appreciation for our employees’ generosity, we’ve supported each campaign with a further donation from us. Furthermore, for every Christmas card we’ve sent out, we’ve made a donation.
Website & LinkedIn:
We proudly launched our new website and established a thriving community on LinkedIn. Over the course of this year, we’ve gained over 240 new followers with more than 40 engaging posts.
