The company was founded and registered as a limited liability company in 2007. Two years later, we changed to a public limited company with employee participation. Since 2013 we have been supporting international companies and in 2018 we outsourced our UK and US business to avato consulting Ltd & INC. Looking ahead to 2023, our company is poised for an exciting future full of limitless possibilities. With our commitment to innovation, we are ready to take on new challenges and achieve even greater milestones in the years to come.
It has now been 15 years since we started business and we celebrated this on 07.07.23 at the Seehotel in Niedernberg.
We started the day with an activity. In the so-called Bavaria Challenge, employees competed against each other in teams in seven different activities. From a hammer and nail contest, to a juice push (see picture below), to a quiz and an estimation task, there was something for every employee.
Afterwards we went to the “Blockhaus”, where we were welcomed with cold drinks and a fantastic view. After the usual (of course not missing) speeches, we had a delicious BBQ buffet. After good conversations, more drinks and fun photo challenges, the day ended with a surprise appearance by a magician. What a day!
