For one of our clients in Rhein-Main-Area we are looking for a Project Assistant / PMO (m/f/d). You will work in a fast-paced, global IT environment. Your day will be dynamic and diverse, and you will play a pivotal role in the success of a large-scale IT transformation program. You will coordinate closely with senior management in the IT division, enabling the program resourcing through a multi-vendor strategy.
Required skills/experience:
- Proven expertise in HR, personnel procurement and onboarding of new resources.
- General support to management.
- Process documentation and proactive process improvements.
- Proactively build, develop and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators across the organisation ensuring timely and regular engagement.
- Strong communication skills with different stakeholders (Business, IT, Vendor, Senior Management).
- Planning and preparing meetings.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to changing requirements.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent English (German an advantage)
