For one of our clients in Rhein-Main-Area we are looking for an Oracle Cloud Database Engineer (m/f/d).

Tasks:
- Oracle Exadata operations and engineering support
- Contribute to and build on an existing database team
- Configuration and administration of Oracle database 12/19c, RAC and Data Guard
- Performance Tuning and Optimization of 12/19c database
- Design and implementation of automation solutions
- Database migrations to Cloud
- Database backup and recovery
- Working with Unix operating systems (Linux/Solaris)
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Systems or a related degree
- Oracle Database Administrator skills (5+ years experience with Oracle databases, backup/recovery concepts and high availability clustered systems, including RAC, ASM, Dataguard.)
- Strong shell scripting skills, automation tools an advantage
- Experience with Oracle Engineered Systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure an advantage
- Teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and English
Scope: Full-time
Location: Hybrid (Frankfurt or Cologne or Munich, & remote)
