We’re building our ServiceNow business unit and are looking for an experienced professional to lead this initiative, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive growth and success.
The Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Practice Lead to take full responsibility for developing and expanding our ServiceNow practice. This is a leadership position that requires a blend of sales, technical consulting, business acumen, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the entire ServiceNow business unit, setting the vision and strategy.
- Identify opportunities for lead generation and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships to support business goals.
- Prepare and deliver engaging client presentations and workshops to showcase value and drive adoption.
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills by mentoring and growing a high-performing team.
- Stay ahead of trends and innovations, particularly in AI for ServiceNow, to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of ServiceNow experience with a strong technical foundation.
- Experience in sales, account management or client-facing roles, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Background in consulting or project management with a business-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership skills, including team-building and mentoring experience.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth while maintaining a strategic vision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
