We are looking for someone for the Vanilla ServiceNow ITSM migration project for a large banking client, helping them to build a configuration-first approach in an environment with many complex integrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box or custom functionality, based on customer requirements.
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders. Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Challenge customer requirements where necessary to drive efficiency and excellence in delivery.
- Delivering solutions using Agile software development processes.
- Lead projects as Technical SME for all ServiceNow functionality.
- Deliver client presentations and workshops.
- Align vision with business stakeholders.
- Mentoring Junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Expertise with multiple ServiceNow product lines (in particular ITSM).

5+ years of experience in an Architect role, 10+ years experience with ServiceNow.

Experience in translating customer requirements into technical solutions.

Experience of CMDB cleansing and integration from various data sources

Well-rounded knowledge of IT and SaaS solutions.

Knowledge of ITSM concepts and practical experience essential.

CSA and CIS certifications highly desirable.
-
ITIL certification desirable.

Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.

Javascript development skills.
-
Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) beneficial.

Proven leadership skills.
